• You must absoloutely be a fan of the TV show Super Junior Full House!
• You may choose to put your real or a fictituous name in the name field. (Refrain from using something absurd such as SuperJuniorLover321.)
• Please put your real and working e-Mail address and country (don't worry; it's spam-free).
• If you choose to join with a website url, you must grab a code and place it up on your site somewhere visible linking back to here before submitting your join form.
• You do not need a website to join. However, you must have a working e-Mail address.
• Do not direct any of the images or codes pertaining to this site/fanlisting.
• Please update your information if it should ever change. Do not leave your information unchanged and resubmit a new join form. I do not wish to see repeated members.
• Strickly NO racist, hate, hentai/porn websites or any such related sites. If I come across any forms with these kind of websites, I'll only add you with your e-Mail.
• Submit your form once. Just because you're not on the list yet doesn't mean I didn't get your form so be patient.
