fanlisting?
If you're unfamiliar to what the point a fanlisting is for, it's a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject. In this case, this is a fanlisting for the relationship between Takuto and Meroko of the animanga Full Moon wo Sagashite.
takuto

A picture can be worth a thousand words, but Takuto himself can be described with even more. A quick analysis on him at the beginning of the manga and one can say that he's carefree, silly, and stubborn. However, even the happiest people have their secrets too and Takuto is certainly one with many and with his secrets lies just as many scars. Before he died in his human life, Takuto was a singer and part of Mitsuki's father's band called L Route, which was incredibly famous and popular back then. Although at times, Takuto seems incredibly stubborn, he is true to the ones he love and believes that he shouldn't live a lie. Even though his actions may seem risky, it is all for the good in the end because he did it out of love. Sometimes, when it seems like there's no more roads to travel on, Takuto forces himself to make the best of anything and everything. And although he is shy when it comes to admitting his true feelings, he admits them eventually because he realizes how time is always limited to everyone. Takuto is the type of person who mostly doesn't think before he acts, but is always willing to look at the good side rather than the bad side of things.
meroko

Meroko is just like any normal teenage girl who wants to find the perfect someone, fall in love, and live happily ever after and she's definately a strong believer. Before she died, she and Mitsuki's grandmother were best friends and in the end, Mitsuki's grandmother kissed the man that Meroko loved, which drove Meroko to suicide. Meroko is just as stubborn as Takuto and can easily be jealous when it comes to other females talking to either Takuro or Izumi. However, when it comes down to it, Meroko is an incredibly out-of-the-ordinary awesome girl who looks out for her friends and will sacrifice almost everything to protect them. And yes, like every other girl, Meroko has her ups and downs and is somewhat sensitive. From my point of view, Meroko seems/acts like she has lost so much, but every time, she doesn't know how much she's gained than lost. Meroko seems like she took the longest to mature, but in the end, she's one of the few that outshines the rest because she grew so much stronger and so much more confident in herself.
negi ramen

Takuto and Meroko have by sure one of the strongest friendships throughout Full Moon wo Sagashite. Ever since the beginning of the series, Meroko felt that she loved Takuto the most and confessed her love to him over and over again and he never took her seriously. However, in the end, Takuto admits to Meroko that he loves Mitsuki and Meroko accepts that because Mitsuki and Takuto were both her dear friends. In addition, Meroko loved Izumi all along deep down inside. Meroko had desperately wanted to be accepted by someone because the ones she loved never loved her back so she mistakened her friendship love towards Takuto as real love. From my point of view however, I feel that Meroko did love Takuto for a while but eventually realized that Takuto and Mitsuki were meant for each other. In the end, Meroko and Takuto's bond grows even stronger and even the slightest doubt turns to trust between the two and even if the two are far apart, they look out for each other because they're forever be partners till the end. Takuto and Meroko's friendship is amazing and magical and may even be stronger than Mitsuki and Eichi's if you think about it, but that's up to you to decide :)
mitsuki

The major influence on our lovely bowl of negi ramen would probably be Mitsuki Kouyama, the heroine of Full Moon wo Sagashite. Since the beginning, Takuto was moved by Mitsuki's dream to become a singer and how strongly she yearned to become one despite the fact that she had only one year left to live. Takuto started to slowly try and remember his past life because of Mitsuki and eventually started molding his own dream, to stand next to Mitsuki forever. However, every time Mitsuki declares that she loves Eichi, it easily angers Takuto which shows just how jealous he can get when she mentions Eichi. Mitsuki's determination and strength moved Takuto and he fell for her more and more. Meroko took a while to accept Mitsuki because she was in love with Takuto and felt that Mitsuki was getting in between her and Takuto. However, when she sides with Izumi and gets Mitsuki hurt, she realizes just how much Mitsuki meant to her. Mitsuki was a true friend to her and never hurt her so Meroko always felt in debt to Mitsuki, but the two are like the best of friends afterwards. In the end, Takuto and Meroko sacrifice everything if it meant for Mitsuki to continue living and not end up like them, souls that roamed around collecting other dead souls.
